November-December Programme
We often say that our programme is packed… well we found some extra room in our bag of indie film goodies to fit in even more exciting events in November-December!
Programme highlights:
We’re delighted to welcome the French Film Festival UK again this year for a selection of some of the finest new French cinema, with 3 one-off screenings, including a preview of critically-acclaimed Portrait of a Lady on Fire before its UK release in 2020. Festival pass £15.
We’re thrilled to host our first live music event in our new venue! On Saturday 23 November, Cornish band Wurlitza will be playing a live score to a screening of Anthony Asquith’s rarely seen silent classic, A Cottage on Dartmoor.
We’ll celebrate the Christmas season with Christmas classic It’s a Wonderful Life and a selection of this year’s BFI musicals season: Singin’ in the Rain, The Wizard of Oz and Meet Me in Saint Louis. This is also our way of paying tribute to Judy Garland, with the release of biopic Judy.
There are many more events in this programme, have a look at the full list below. And remember to check our guide and offers page on the website for ticket deals.
