Organic Photography

Saturday 7th March 2015

Saturday 7 March, 11am - 5pm, suitable for adults. £20 (Students and PAC Home members £10).

This workshop offers an opportunity to experiment with several alternative techniques to produce a photographic image. At least one of the processes will be entirely organic, using materials such as flowers and vegetables to replace the chemicals used in the photographic process. Anthotypes and Cyanotypes are photography techniques invented by Sir John Herschel in the mid 19th Century and in recent years a number of artists have revisited these and other camera-less photography processes. This workshop will include both of these processes as well as other experimental techniques. Booking essential on 01752 206114.
