Plymouth Art Weekender

Friday 25th September 2015 - Sunday 27th September 2015

Plymouth Art Weekender is an ambitious three day event promoting the contemporary visual arts.

Over 200 local, national and international artists are featured across 60 events and exhibitions. These are complemented by public art works, street parties, workshops, music and artists and communities taking over empty spaces across Plymouth.

In addition to Tim Etchells’ exhibition opening during the Plymouth Art Weekender, Plymouth Arts Centre will host projects initiated by South West artists, THE OCTOPUS WAS NAKED BUT THE CRAB WAS DRESSED in the PAC Home space on the first floor and the Back in 5 Minutes Squad in our Batter Street Studio.

PAC Home members Mo Bottomley, Rosie King, Kate Paxman, Pineapple Falls and Marcy da Silva Saude will be presenting new work for Salon at St Saviour’s on Saturday 26 September, 4-6pm at St Saviour’s on Lambhay Hill.
During Plymouth Art Weekender we are extending our opening hours to 10am-8.30pm on Friday and Saturday / 10am-5pm on Sunday.
